We are searching for a Branch Manager who is a sales-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and who enjoys exceeding customers’ expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong sales background and a good working knowledge in Apollo, although applicants with Sabre experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

-Managing a team of travel professionals.

-Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in

-Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email

-Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years sales or customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

-Overseas travel experience.

-Ability to work full time.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.

-Knowledge of Apollo or Sabre booking systems.

-A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

-Previous team management experience required.
