Branch Manager, Kamloops

Maritime Travel is searching for a full-time Branch Manager in our Kamloops location.

Responsibilities:

• Using your travel passion and  knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years sales or customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Overseas travel experience.
• Ability to work full time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
• Knowledge of Apollo or Sabre booking systems.
• A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Previous team management experience required.
