1. Sale offers apply to new bookings made for selected trips and deposited between 12:01am EST January 12, 2026 – 11:59pm PST February 13, 2026, for select trips departing between February 01, 2026 – December 14, 2026.

2. Discounts vary between 5% to 20% off select Intrepid Travel trips. Applicable discounts for selected trips are as specified on the Intrepid website (www.intrepidtravel.com).

3. 20% off Selected Join in Urban Adventure trips. Applicable discounts are specified on the Urban Adventure website (www.urbanadventures.com).

4. The following exclusions apply:
a. Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic;
b. Short-Break Adventures; EEAV, ERAG, ERAK, ERZI, GGAA, GGAE, GGAF, GGAS,
GGHA, GGHO, GGHT, GPAP, HHAJ, HNAC, HNAK, PZAI, QVHM, TKAS, TTAG,
TTAR, TTAV, TTAX, TVAG, TVAQ, UBAD, UBAP, UBAV, YGAB, YGAU
c. Tailor-Made Experiences;
d. Private Urban Adventures;

5. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

7. All offers apply to the land element of the trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.

8. This offers are only available to bookings made in USD or CAD.

9. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.

10. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.

11. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.

12. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveler.

13. Intrepid reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
