  • This morning, you will depart Dublin and travel up North to the city of Belfast. Here, you will meet your local guide at the lobby of your hotel to discover the city of Belfast with a political & historical tour. History fills the streets of Belfast through well preserved architecture and striking murals, and as you discover this industrial city, you will immediately notice notable attractions of that era such as City Hall, the once leaning Albert Clock, the Markets and the Grand Opera House. Your guide will talk you through the historical turmoil that this city has faced and highlight visible scars from this time.  Your tour will end at the Titanic Experience Belfast – the very place where Titanic was designed, built and launched. Titanic Belfast tells the story of Titanic from her conception, through her construction and launch, to her maiden voyage and subsequent place in history. Have then the rest of the day at your leisure.

After the baking workshop, you will make your way to Derry, where you will do a tour of the city and have lunch. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by a local guide, who will give you a private walking tour of the Derry City.   • After another delicious Irish breakfast, you will meet your local guide to learn about this charming city with a private walking tour. Although Galway is the fourth largest city in Ireland, it has retained much of its small-town character and is home to many artists, writers and artisans. In the afternoon, you will head out to the Connemara region to visit Kylemore Abbey or hike the rugged landscape. Connemara is the area of Western Galway and South Mayo bounded by the Atlantic and Lough Corrib. It is an area beloved by artists and poets who find magical inspiration in its wide-open bogs and towering cloud-capped mountains. Cottages nestle into hillsides where wild looking sheep with thick fleeces and great curling horns freely graze. The rugged coastline is punctuated with little fishing villages. There, you will also take the time to visit a working oyster farm to see how oysters are grown over a three-year period from seed to plate. Enjoy the taste of a Connemara Oyster fresh from the waters of Ballinakill Bay and sip on Guinness or wine at a local pub. You will return to Galway city after and enjoy dinner together.

  • After breakfast this morning, you will travel along the infamous Loch Ness. You will make two stops here today, the first at Urquhart Castle. Formerly one of the largest castles in Scotland, it now sits in ruins on Loch Ness. The second stop will be in the town of Fort Augustus, where you will join a cruise of Loch Ness. Be sure to keep an eye out for Nessie, the mythical monster said to patrol the banks and depths of the Loch. From here continue back to Inverness.

  • Today, you will be driven to the beautiful Cawdor Castle and its gorgeous gardens! The name may be recognizable from William Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Shakespeare himself visited Cawdor Castle. Learn of the Castle’s link to one of Shakespeare’s darkest tragedies with a private tour of the Castle and Gardens. After, you will be driven for the afternoon tour at the Glenfiddich Distillery. This in-depth tour will allow enthusiasts to discover the true art of whisky making. Following your distillery tour, visit warehouse 8, home to our unique Solera process and discover what makes our 15 year old such an exceptional dram. The next part of the Solera journey is the Malt Master’s Blending Room to enjoy a tasting of four cask-strength 15-year-old samples. You will also have the unique opportunity to step into our Malt Master Brian Kinsman’s role – preparing your very own version of Glenfiddich 15 year old by combining different cask samples together. Guests will be able to bottle a small sample of their own creation to keep. After this you will be driven to Edinburgh for the next three nights.
