Was on the Rocky Mountaineer in May and it was amazing.  Goldleaf service is the way to go.  Views from the dome cars, comfort, service, meals were all great.  Seats were very comfortable recliners with spacious leg room.  The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.  Hotels used were also very nice.   

  Went on a Familiarization trip to Mexico where I stayed at the Secrets Playa Mujeres, Dreams Riviera Cancun and Breathless Riviera Cancun.  We visited several other Secrets, Dreams and Now and Zoetry properties within the area.  Secrets are an upscale resort for adults only.  The Dreams and Now Properties are for anyone including families.  Food was superior and drinks also.  Very good wines were served at all these properties.  We visited 17 properties in all.

  Escorted a great group on a 10 night (3 nights in Prague) and 7 night cruise on the Danube river with Avalon Waterways.  We stayed at the Art Deco Hotel in Prague which was great.  Great location close to all the attractions.  Love Prague so easy to get around and one of my favorite cities in Europe.  The cruise was also equally great.  Food, service, the excursions were all good.  My room was nice and well kept by our cabin Steward. The service onboard was excellent and would recommend.   

Great cruise with Princess Cruises on the Regal Princess.  Can't say enough it was amazing.  Beautiful ship with great service.  Food was wonderful with a lot of choices.  The land excursions were great in St Thomas and St Maarten.  Spent a day at Princess Cayes a great beach day.  

Arrived Basel and stayed 2 nights before our River cruise on the Rhine.  I would recommend this so that you have a chance to rest and see the beautiful city of Basel  so that you are fresh for your cruise and able to enjoy right from the beginning.  The cruise started in Basel Switzerland and ended in Amsterdam Netherlands.  Great cruise and great service.  Visited a lot of interesting villages along the way like Riquewihr, Heidelberg, Rudesheim and also the Rhine Gorge, Strasbourg, Cologne and Amsterdam.  

Spent 9 days in Greece from 25 Sep to the 5 Oct 2018.  We stayed in Athens for 2 nights visiting all the historical sites.  We then went to the Meteora's and Delphi and spent 1 night in that region to return to Athens for 1 more night.  We took the ferry to Mykonos for 2 nights and then 2 nights in Santorini.  This is an amazing destination that offers historical sites and also sun/beach in the islands. 

Travelled to Australia from 25 March 2017 to 05 April 2017.  Flew into Brisbane and out of Sydney on the return.  We stayed in the Brisbane area for 3 nights and then on to Cairns for 3 nights and 3 nights in Sydney. Hightlights of the trip: Brisbane - Tour of Fraser Island  -   Australia Zoo Cairns - Great Barrier Reef (snorkeling, helicopter ride over the reef)  -  Tropic Wings Kuranda Tour including the Skyrail, Kuranda, Rainforestation, Kuranda Scenic Rail. Sydney - Dinner Harbour Cruise  -  City Harbour & Bondi Beach Tour  -  Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb  -  Full day Wilderness & Aboriginal Explorer Tour. Stayed in 4 and 5 stars Hotels/Resorts some being apartment style and others rooms only. Great destination and friendly people.  Food was very good and all the tours were outstanding.  Would recommend to anyone.

Just got back from a familiarization trip to Spain where we spent 7 nights in Callela on the Costa Brava about 1 hour from Barcelona.  Costa Brava is a beach destination east of Barcelona.  We visited several hotels in the area.  Did a boat to Tossa de Mar and spent the afternoon waking thru the street of this town which we visited a castle and did some shopping.  We also did a day tour to Girona a medieval town which I truly enjoyed and a day tour to Barcelona seeing all the sites that this great city as to offer.

Amazing tour of Costa Rica with Expeditiones Tropicales.  Great for nature lovers and bird watchers.  Had a great time zip lining and hiking.  Also cruised down a river to see wildlife and drove in thru  Monteverde Cloudforest.  Spent time in the thermal springs, saw volcanos, cross suspended bridges over the rainforest,  visited coffee plantation, and spent a couple of days at the Occidental Grand Papagayo just recently acquired by Barceló.  Great experience would go again and again.  

Travelled to India 28 March to 12 April 2016 on a Indus Tour.  Our Tour included Varanasi, Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambhore and Agra.  Accommodations were in 4 and 5 star hotels and were very nice and comfortable.  Highlights of the trip were  Amber Fort and Palace, Elephant ride in Jaipur , Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and the Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s serene and evocative cremation site. Overall this was a unforgettable trip for me but it is not for everyone.  For those who love history and are able to handle the poverty and total kaos I would strongly recommend an organized Motorcoach tour.  Driving is impossible for anyone who is not from there.  Keep in mind the local food is spicy and most hotels do offer a small selection of international cuisine.

In April 2015 stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites.  Beautiful resort with great food and service.  Beach is very small.  Pools are great with 2 swim up bars and also swim up rooms that leads to a swim up bar.  No reservations required for the A la carte restaurant except the Gourmet Pub.  Unlimited a la carte for your entire stay.  Gourmet food and Premium drinks served.  Lots of shade at both the pools and beach.  We did a tour to Coba ruins.  A great day visiting the ruins and stopped at a cenote for a swim.

Just got back from a Las Vegas Fam.  We visited 15 hotels MGM, Luxor, Excalibur, Monte Carlo, Aria, Vdara, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Tropicana, Treasure Island, Cosmopolitan, Wynn and Encore.  Shows we saw were the KA from Cirque du Soleil and Rock of Ages.  Tours we did are Red Rock Canyon with Pink Jeep and Helicopter ride of the Strip.  We also went on the Linq.  Great trip with lots to see and do.

June 2015 - Visited and stayed at the Sandals Emerald Bay for 2 nights and the Sandals Royal Bahamian for 2 nights.  Both hotels are lovely.  The Sandals Emerald Bay is quieter but has a great beach.  The Sandals Royal Bahamian is a more upbeat resort and also offers a lovely beach and the private island.  Two great locations 2 great resorts.  Amazing wedding destination.

Had a great trip to Florida in November 2014.  Stayed at the Bella Piazza in Davenport outside of Orlando.  We had a 2 bedroom condo.  Very spacious and well maintained.  Set in a nice quiet area.  Spent 3 days in St Pete's at the end.    

Stayed 3 nights at Grand Lucayan Bahamas and 4 nights at Memories Grand Bahamas Beach Resort.  The Grand Lucayan is on a beautiful white sand beach and offers several pools.  The rooms are big and spacious and all have balconies.  Located across the street from the Market.  You can purchase a all inclusive but beware of a few exclusions.  Food was very good at all the restaurants.  The Memories Grand Bahamas Beach Resort is right next door to the Grand Lucayan and so the beach is wonderful. This is an all-inclusive and so meals and drinks are all included.  The rooms have been renovated but not all rooms have balconies.  Food was good, nice pools.  Not a lot of shade around the pool and not enough umbrellas by the pool and beach.

Cruised on the Norweigan Dawn from Boston to Bermuda in May 2014.  Balcony cabin was spacious and adequate.  Food and service was very good.  Bermuda was lovely and inviting.  Would recommend.

Stayed in Prague for 3 night pre cruise.  Very beautiful city with its cobblestone streets and architectures and old world charm.  You can easily walk everywhere.  Took a train to Kutna Hora to visit the Ossuary (church of bones).  Amazing day trip.  Cruise was amazing also,  service, accommodation, food, tours all 5 stars.  Would recommend.

Spent 2 -1/2 week between Waikiki and Maui in March. First we stayed at the Miramar in Waikiki and then at the Royal Lahaina in Maui.  Had a wonderful time and did several tours.  Not to miss is the Circle island tour and Polynesian Cultural Centre in Oahu and the Road to Hana in Maui.  Would highly recommend both island. 

Spent 11 days in Orlando and Ft Lauderdale great relaxing vacation.

Riu Peninsula Palace - Cancun This RIU has very modern decor and would appeal to almost anyone.  Rooms are very nice and spacious.  Food is very good and offers a wide variety in choice.  International and premium drinks. Beach is not great but they compensate with several pools.  Would not hesitate to go back.

Riu Caribe - Cancun I spent a week at this resort in October 2012.  Rooms were nice and clean.  Service and food were exceptional.  Would recommend this resort for couples and singles and families.
