Terms & Conditions

• Fleetwide – 2+ night sailings – Departing on or after May 1st, 2026
• Free at Sea^™ choice(s) must be selected at least 24 hours prior to sailing and cannot be changed on board. Bookings made within 24 hours to departure can choose promotion at time of booking.
• Select choice offer(s) are based on number of nights.
• Offer is capacity controlled and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Anything consumed above the promotional benefit will be the responsibility of the guest at prevailing rates
• Guest cannot substitute or customize this offer. All guests in stateroom must choose same offer.
• Offer is for new individual FIT reservations.
• Qualifying new individual FIT reservations can be moved into an existing FS or Traditional group and count towards tour conductor credits including Sailaway categories.
• Offer is for new speculative groups delegates (Club Balcony Suite categories and below).
• Promotion can be held as a new traditional or FS group block for ALL4CHO and CHOALL4M.

Free at Sea™ Beverage Package – Pop Package

• Free at Sea™ Beverage Package is applicable to all qualified sailings excluding Pride of America.
• Applicable to guests 1-8 on the reservation for the entire length of the sailing. If 3-8 guest is under 21 years of age, Free at Sea™ Beverage Package does not apply, and Pop Package will not be given as a substitution.
• Guest 1-2 must be at least 21 years of age at time of sailing to qualify for the Free at Sea™ Beverage Package
• Guest 1-2 under 21 years of age will receive the Pop Package.
• Eligible guests are entitled to two beverages per person per transaction. Packages are personal to the individual, may not be shared, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Includes a variety of spirits and cocktails, wines by the glass and bottled or draft beer. Includes fountain pop, juice, and non-alcoholic beer.
• Excludes all drinks in the Connoisseur’s Collection and Signature Selection.
• Guests with the Unlimited Open Bar Package will receive $15 off the retail value of drinks in the Connoisseur’s Collection and Signature Selection.
• A 20% discount will be given on bottles of wine (champagne and sparkling included), Wine and Spirit Experiences, tastings or Flights purchased onboard.
• Offer is applicable at Great Stirrup Cay bars, restaurants, or venues.
• Offer is not applicable at Harvest Caye bars, restaurants or venues.
• Does not include: Connoisseur’s Collection, Signature Selection, Wine and Spirit Experiences, tastings or Flights, Starbucks, Ice Bars, room service, package sales, bottled water, ship specific promotions or beer buckets, designated super premium brands (subject to change), bottled wine, mini bar purchases, fresh squeezed juices, wine dispenser, energy drinks or vending machines.
• Guest who receives the Pop Package may obtain fountain pop at any bar, lounge, or restaurant throughout the duration of the cruise, excluding Harvest Caye bars, restaurants or venues.
• Guests’ onboard account may reflect applicable VAT and/or taxes for certain ports or itineraries.
• Sailings that are 1 day, select Charters or on Pride of America sailings are excluded.
• Brand availability may vary by ship and season.
• An additional cost will be added to all optional package selections.
• No substitute for package if guest cannot consume all beverages included.

Pricing Details:

• Unlimited Pop Beverage Package is $12.50 USD per person per day.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of the Unlimited Open Bar and Pop Package prior to their cruise.

• When booking through the Australia office, the additional costs related to beverage and pop packages are included.

Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package

• Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package is applicable to Pride of America sailings only.
• Applicable to guests 1-8 on the reservation for the entire length of the sailing if 21 years of age or older.
• Guest 1-2 must be at least 21 years of age at time of sailing to qualify for the Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package.
• Guest 1-2 under 21 years of age will receive the Hawaii Pop Package.
• If 3-8 guest is under 21 years of age, Hawaii Beverage Package does not apply, and Hawaii Pop Package will not be given as a substitution.
• Eligible guests are entitled to two beverages per person per transaction.
• Includes a variety of beverages such as fountain pop, freshly squeezed juice, unlimited Vero water (still only), non-alcoholic beer, and specialty coffee (specialty coffee inclusion shall be limited to dining rooms only).
• Vero water dispensers can be located throughout the ship and are activated using the guest’s stateroom keycard.
• Vero water served in restaurants only; guests will have the option of flat or sparkling.
• Excludes all drinks in the Connoisseur’s Collection or Signature Selection.
• Guests with the Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package will receive $15 off the retail value of drinks in the Connoisseur’s Collection or Signature Selection.
• Does not include specialty coffee outside of the restaurants, room service, mini bar purchases or vending machines.
• Guest’s onboard account may reflect applicable VAT and/or taxes for certain ports or itineraries.

• The purchase of any alcoholic drinks within the Hawaii Beverage Package may, in certain individual circumstances, be restricted in accordance with Hawaii’s Intoxicating Liquor Law and applicable local rules and regulations

Pricing Details:

• Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package is $28.50 per person per day.
• Unlimited Pop Beverage Package is $12.50 USD per person per day.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of the Free at Sea™ Hawaii Beverage Package and Pop Package prior to their cruise. Please note that rates are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Norwegian Cruise Line.

Specialty Dining Package

• Applicable to guests 1-2 on the reservation.
• Dining package is applicable to guests ages 2 and older.
• If a second guest is between 2 and 12 years old, they will not be charged the specialty dining package fee and will be able to order off the complimentary kids’ menu.
• If a second guest is between 2 and 12 years old, regardless of the guest sequence on the reservation, and the guest would like to order off the specialty dining menu, the Free at Sea™ specialty dining package fee will be charged onboard for each meal, up to the amount of nights the reservation is entitled to (based on sailing length and stateroom accommodations).
• If a second guest is 13 years or older, the standard Free at Sea™ specialty dining package fee will apply.
• Package prices are subject to change.
• Guests are responsible for the additional cost of the Specialty Dining Package prior to their cruise.
• Additional cost of the Specialty Dining Package is included when booking through the Australia office.
• For Casino booked reservations – promotion code CASFAS will be added under referral code CASUPALL on sail lengths 7 nights or longer for Balcony and above staterooms.
• Specialty Dining Packages are based on a per meal basis.
• Specialty Dining Package is not applicable to any Harvest Caye bars, restaurants or venues, The Bake Shop, Ice Cream Bar, Gelato, specialty items in the Asian restaurant, Special Occasion/Holiday menus (New Year’s, Christmas, etc.), Jazz Brunch, Wine Lovers and Murder Mystery lunches, and beverages.
• Guests are permitted to pre-reserve specialty dining with entertainment included online. However, the guest is responsible to pay the full retail value. If the guest chooses to use the reservation as part of their Specialty Dining Package, they will need to make these arrangements once onboard.
• Specialty Dining Package meals include up to three appetizers, one main course and up to three desserts per person.
  • Up to four menu items per person are included in the Specialty Dining Package meals at the following restaurants: Sushi, Wasabi, Nama, Food Republic, Pincho Tapas Bar, Raw Bar
• There is no minimum or maximum to the number of meals that can be redeemed in a day, however each meal is counted towards the Specialty Dining Package.

Wi-Fi Package

• Wi-Fi package is based on number of nights.
• Offer will be applied to all guests in the same stateroom.
• Wi-Fi package is per person.
• Provides 1 login per guest that can be used on 1 device at a time.
• Package is limited to number of minutes and does not allow streaming.
• Wi-Fi package is not available at Great Stirrup Cay or Harvest Caye.
• Wi-Fi package includes activation fee.

Excursion Credit

Eligibility

• Offer applies to the first guest on the cruise reservation only.
• Other guests in the same stateroom are not eligible.
• Credit is non-transferable and may not be applied to purchases for other guests.

Value and use by port

• A $50 Shore Excursion Credit is available for each port of call on the voyage.
• The first guest may apply the $50 credit per port to one or multiple eligible excursions within the same port.
• Excursions may not overlap in time.
• If the cost of an eligible excursion is less than $50, the unused value is forfeited. No cash value or substitute credit will be issued.

What it applies to

• Valid for eligible shore excursions ashore, including debarkation and private tours.
• Latitude Member Shore Excursion Discount is combinable.
• When multiple credits or discounts apply, the $50 credit is applied first, followed by any additional discounts.

When it is applied

• Pre-cruise purchases: applied at time of purchase to the first guest.
• Onboard purchases: applied to the first guest’s onboard account.

Cancellations

• If a port of call or shore excursion is cancelled, the guest will be refunded the amount paid.

Not eligible / exclusions

• Equipment rentals at Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye.
• Pre- and post-cruise land tours.
• Shipboard Behind the Scenes Tour and Late Checkout.
• Attractions, entrance tickets, shows, and passes.
• Trams, tramways, hop-on-hop-off buses, and shuttles.

• Shore excursion credit can be redeemed by booking online via NCL.com, by calling 1-866-625-1167 or onboard.

3rd & 4th Guest Free

• Not applicable to Studio/ Solo categories (T1, IT, OT & BT)
• Offer valid for guests 3-4 sharing a stateroom with guests 1-2 paying full fare.
• Offer only valid on select sailings.
• 3 & 4 Guests Free dates are subject to change at any time without notice.
• No deposit is required for qualifying 3 & 4 guests.
• If there are guests 5 – 8 in a reservation, those guests will be required to pay prevailing fares.
