How many years have you been selling travel?
   I have been in the industry for over 30 years!    I specialize in corporate travel

What are your hobbies?
          I love to travel, camping with my new trailer, and in my spare time tole painting.

What type of resort activities do you favor? ie water sports, lounging by the pool, etc?
       When I have the opportunity to stay at a resort, I do love to lounge by the pool or walk along the beaches.    Drink rum punches out of a coconut that was freshly cut. Jamaica that was! (Rui Montego Bay)    Another time we used the resort hobbie cat and sailed around the adults only island, Jamiaca too! (Couples Resort, Ocho Rios)        Exploring outside the resort is an experience too, seeing the local markets, talking to the locals, fun times.    Dunns River's Falls, Martha Rae River Rafting Jamaica    Stopping at a Shrimp truck in Hawaii (like our chip trucks here) Pearl Harbor experience, and of course a Lau on the beach! Blue Hawaiians!    Seeing the coral reef in a submarine and feeding the tropical fish at the Great Barrier Reef, Australia    Taronga Zoo, Sydney Australia    Having a beer on the street side cafe facing the snow capped mountains in  Interlocken Switzerland    Red Light district Amsterdam       Touching the walling wall in Jerusalem and soaking in the dead sea after a mud bath

What are your favorite destinations?
       I have many favorite destinations, but I love the beaches!

Avalon Waterways Mekong Discovery /Northbound Cruise -  December 2019

Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Phenh

 Wow! Where do I begin... it was a trip of a lifetime for sure!

We flew with Eva Air, an awesome experience and service was wonderful.

We did a few extra days on our own in Ho Chi Minh City before cruise and after the cruise headed to Siem Reap which was an experience all on its own.

We then joined the Avalon River Cruise for 7 days, Perfect! The staff, cabin and meals were outstanding. It was a Christmas cruise so the staff and guests had a special Christmas eve party on board -great time by all ! We did two tours each day, ox cart ride, walking thru villages, meeting a Vietnam Vet., Pub street.

 Experiencing the culture and the markets was the highlight. People were very friendly and spoke pretty good English. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Varadero, Cuba, November 3 - 10th 

Stayed at the Paradisus Princesa del Mar,  5 star, adults only property

Directly on the beautiful beach, close to the Marina. There is a shuttle

bus that will run the stretch of the Varadero peninsula.

The hotel has 5 a la carte restaurants, not great but didn't go hungry

and the buffet was always there as a backup.  We stayed at the Royal

Service section, and couldn't have received better service. Excellent!

private pool and bar area and restaurant. Service perfect!

Took a private car day tour to Havana, which I would strongly recommend

Hotel has nightly entertainment, which was always great to see.

I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Sand Beaches, and Sun!

Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in March 2015

It was a great resort directly on the beach, and our room faced the ocean so it was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view

Lots of restaurant choices and the pizzeria at pool side was fabulous!

Nightly entertainment was a nice treat to end the day

One of the highlights was the afternoon pool party with "Jason Derulo"

It was a great vacation, people were friendly and food was great.

Paris to Normandy's Landing Beaches

Departing May 23 - May 30th, on the Avalon Tapestry River Cruise

A wonderful trip from Paris to Normandy Beach and return, the ship was amazing, cabins were spacious , food was terrific and can't forget the afternoon sugar donuts!

The itinerary included a stop in Caudebec and experienced an excursion to the "Thatched Cottages" beautiful quaint village... so cool...

and then we headed to Normandy Beach, Juno Beach, and Gold Beach ...a very educational and emotional day... with a stop at the Canadian cemetery.

 An amazing experience, and I'm looking forward to my next River Cruise experience.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt River Walk, San Antonio Texas

Amazing hotel located on the River Walk, such a romantic city. Stroll along the picturesque canal, stop for a cool beer, enjoy shopping or talking to the vendors. Amazing restaurants too.

Stopping by the "Alamo" was an interesting historical site. Using the Alamo Trolley was fun and very easy access to surrounding shopping areas.

Would love to head back and experience more of San Antonio, too short of trip to experience the area of San Antonio. Spent our time in River Walk area.

Amazing Trip, 5 star all the way! An all-inclusive /ultimate river cruise experience. During the day we experienced the included activities using GPS guided tours and the afternoon enjoyed the complimentary cocktails while cruising the Rhine. The meals were incredible too...Can't wait for our next cruise on Danube.

  

I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana in March 2013

Directly on the beautiful beach in Punta Cana, you can walk for miles.

We were fortunate to stay in the Royal Golden section of the hotel, which is located close to the beach, which is very handy.

It's a huge resort, that offers shuttle service from beach to common areas of hotel. Nightly entertainment was a fun way to end the day. Lots of choice with the restaurants, the pool was amazing.

The last couple days of the vacation I experienced an abscess tooth, its bad enough any day, but to experience that on vacation - not a good thing. Went to a local dentist and that was an experience by itself!!! You appreciate what you have a home believe me.

All in all, it was a great time.

It was a great trip, and I would love to go back.
