Cleaning Fee: Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card. Damages: You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment by yourself or your guests. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred. Pet Policy: We allow pets in the Hi Tides Hostel and Oceanview Retreat for a fee of $30/booking. You are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required by your pet. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred. Smoking Policy: For a clean and healthy living environment, our accommodations are smoke-free. Any smoking in properties will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating. Quiet Time: To respect all guest, quiet time is at 11 pm to 7 am. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
