An interview with Pamela:
How many years have you been selling travel? I've been working with LeGrow's Travel for more than three years and really love selling exciting vacation packages. In the run of a day, we could visit a Caribbean island, a hotel in Italy, or a casino in Las Vegas. It's a fun job.
What are your hobbies? I spend a lot of time with family and friends and love the great outdoors of Labrador. I also love ski-dooing, reading and writing in my spare time.
What type of resort activities do you favor? ie water sports, lounging by the pool, etc? I really like to kick back and relax on vacation - mostly on the beach - but I do like dancing, swimming, and taking tours of the sights wherever I may be!
What are your favorite destinations? I LOVE the sandy beaches of Cuba and the Dominican Republic, but so far, my European vacation, which took me to Nice, Monaco, Rome, Vatican City, Madrid and Barcelona was my absolute favourite. There was so much culture in Spain and I loved the cuisine there!
Florida was also an amazing experience. I got to visit all the amazing tourist sites there; everyone can find something fun to do in Florida!
What languages do you speak?
I only speak English, but I can understand a little French, and of course, I can ask for a drink in Spanish.
Do you have a family? and if so what type of family travel have you done? Right now, it's just my husband and I, but we love to travel. We've visit the Dominican, Cuba and did an Eastern Caribbean cruise, which is where we found the most beautiful beach on the island of St. John.

Location: Cruising at a Glance (Cruising Guide) | Year: 2012
My husband and I, and two other friends, went on an Eastern Caribbean cruise in April 2012 onboard the Norwegian Epic. I wasn't eager to try a cruise since I suffer from motion sickness, but it ranks up there with some of my best vacations. We visited St. Martin, Nassau and St. Thomas, and although St. Martin has a gorgeous beach and some lovely scenery, St. Thomas blew our minds. We did a champagne catamaran tour to St. John in the Virgin Islands, and were blown away by the pristine beach and crystal clear water. We could have easily stayed there for the rest of the trip. I have nothing but good to say about the Norwegian cruise ship and staff and would happily sail with them again. Definitely a five-star vacation!

Location: Sandals Royal Hicacos Resort & Spa * * * * ½ (Cuba Recommended Resorts) | Year: 2011
I absolutely LOVED this resort. It was a beautiful, quiet getaway with the most sandy stretch of white beach. The food was delicious and the service was lovely; we didn't want to go home. There's lots to do during the day, but it quiets down at night, so it's not a resort I would choose for someone looking for a happening night life, unless they were looking to go out into Varadero. The rooms are standard, but it still get a big thumbs up in my opinion. For a budget-minded couple looking for a relaxing vacation, it doesn't get any better.

Location: Orlando, Florida | Year: 2010
I just returned from a weeklong vacation in Orlando, Florida with a group of travel agents where we had the opportunity to check out various holiday homes, condos and hotels in the Orlando area and took in all the top attractions including Universal Studios, Seaworld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Disney. November is a great time to travel to Florida - very warm and lots to do - and there's definitely something for everyone in the sunny state! It was an amazing trip! Check out the resort review section for further information on the kinds of accommodations and attractions there are in the Orlando area!!

Location: Bahia Principe San Juan * * * * (Dominican Republic) | Year: 2010
My husband and I spent a lovely seven nights in Bahia Principe San Juan in Puerto Plata. It was a gorgeous property with amazing staff and we really loved our vacation there. There were a lot of great activities for people who enjoy things like dune buggy riding, catamaran tours and sightseeing. Even though the view of the water was impeded by barriers that keep the water from eroding the beach, the beach itself was very well looked after and the area was never crowded. I would highly recommend the resort for someone on a budget looking for a nice southern vacation!
